Q: What are your price terms and payment?
A: We usually offer EXW price or FOB price. The payment method is usually TT, and LC payment is not accepted.
Q: Can you customize the packaging?
A: Our regular packaging is a standard yellow carton on the outside and a single labeled bag on the inside. If the customer has no special requirements, we provide standard packaging with our company's logo. If the customer needs it, we can also provide label packaging with the customer's logo, but the MOQ is 200pcs.
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Regarding samples, we can provide sample testing. Samples are provided free of charge, but customers need to bear the shipping costs themselves. The maximum number of samples cannot exceed 2.
Q: Is there a warranty for the product?
A: All our products have passed CE certification and provide at least one year of warranty. Our factory has also passed ISO9001 quality system certification. All products need to undergo aging and 100% testing before leaving the factory. Within 1 year from the date of shipment of all products, please contact us at any time if you have any usage problems. If there is a product quality problem, we will replace it with a new one at any time (except for man-made damage).
